• 7:00am - 5:00pm Will take place at the event site, Rainbow Plaza
• 12:00pm Vendor check-in and Set-up
Carver Welcome Dinner
• 5:00 - 9:00 Hosted by The Waterfront Restaurant & Lounge, located behind Rainbow Plaza (No host bar)
THURSDAY, JUNE 13, 2013
• 6:00am - 7:15am Continue Carver check-in
• 7:15 - 7:30 Carver’s Meeting (Auction Tent)
• 7:30 - 10:15 Carve on main event sculpture
• 10:15 - 10:30 Break
• 10:30 - 12:00pm Quick Carve
• 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch (ok to keep carving - lunch will be available until 3:00)
• 1:00 - 3:00 Carve on main event sculpture
• 3:00 - 3:15 Break
• 3:15 - 5:00 Carve on main event sculpture
• 5:30 - Auction
• 5:30 - 9:00 Carver Reception Hosted by Tides Inn - no host bar - open to public
